Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
At our platform, we understand that the memories, stories, and photographs you share of your loved ones are deeply personal and sacred. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and securing the data you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected by our US LLC structure.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a smooth, secure experience, we collect two categories of information:
- Account Information: When you create a memorial page or register as a Guardian, we collect your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Memorial Content: We store the text tributes, biographies, timelines, and photographs that you intentionally upload to a memorial page.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to operate and maintain the platform. This includes:
- Displaying the memorial content to the public or private audience you select.
- Monitoring your account's 1GB Fair Use storage allocation to maintain system stability.
- Sending you critical account notifications, updates, or data export alerts.
We do not, and will never, sell or rent your personal data, photos, or memories to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Data Ownership and the Forever Promise
You retain 100% ownership of all content and images you upload to our platform. Our "Free Forever" promise ensures your legacy data remains safely hosted for the operational lifetime of the platform. In alignment with our ethical data standards, you have the right to request a full export of your uploaded media and text files at any time.
4. Cookies and Content Delivery
We use basic, necessary cookies to keep you securely logged into your user dashboard and to track platform performance. If you embed videos from third-party platforms like YouTube or Vimeo onto a memorial page, those external providers may utilize their own cookies under their respective privacy terms when a visitor plays the video.
5. Security and Data Retention
All data transmitted to our platform is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your uploaded images are stored securely on our cloud servers. We will retain your data for as long as your memorial page remains active. If an account owner or designated Guardian requests the permanent deletion of a memorial page, all associated text and images will be permanently erased from our active databases.
6. Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, your data rights, or how to execute a data export, please contact our support team via your user dashboard.
